Our gift cards can be purchased at IKEA Tallinn store or IKEA Tartu Planning Studio. You can pay with a gift card at both regular and self-service checkouts. However, gift cards are not available for purchase online and at our self-checkouts. IKEA gift cards (e.g., gift cards purchased at IKEA Tallinn Pick-up and Ordering Point before August 24, 2022) can be used in Tallinn store and Tartu Planning Studio.

No, you can make several purchases with the same gift card.

Currently, there is no option to use the gift card online. But we are working towards making it a possibility in the future.

IKEA gift card purchased in Estonia is valid only at IKEA Tallinn store and IKEA Tartu Planning Studio.

Yes, any IKEA gift card purchased in Estonia can be used at IKEA Tallinn store,  IKEA Tartu Planning Studio, and IKEA Pärnu Small Store.

The order handling fee is intended to cover the costs of warehouse systems maintenance and product handling. It is applied to online and IKEA Tartu Planning Studio orders under 100 €. If your shopping cart value is equal to or greater than 100 €, there is no extra fee. The order handling fee is also not applied when shopping at IKEA Tallinn store.

You can collect your online orders in IKEA Tallinn store, Pärnu Small Store or IKEA Tartu Planning Studio. You can select the preferred pick-up point before purchasing online or in IKEA Eesti app. Of course, we also offer home delivery service if you are busy or prefer us to do all the hard work.

Yes, we have the same prices online, in the Tallinn store, Pärnu Small Store and in Tartu Planning Studio.

No, they will not. Reducing single-use plastics is one of the ways to be more sustainable and take care of nature. We also offer you tear-resistant and reusable shopping bags and sturdy paper bags if you wish to do your shopping in IKEA Tallinn store or IKEA Tartu Planning Studio.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. You can also initiate your payment using the following bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, Luminor, Coop Pank, and LHV.

Each product has a small round symbol in the lower right corner of the product page indicating its availability online. If the dot is green, it means that there are more than four items in stock. When the dot is half yellow, there are up to three items in stock. If the dot is red, the item is not available to purchase online.

When you are ready to proceed to the checkout, follow the steps given so that we can confirm all your details, including payment authorisation. We will then confirm your order by email.

Unfortunately, products from other IKEA stores cannot be ordered to IKEA Tallinn store, Pärnu Small Store or IKEA Tartu Planning Studio.

Purchases on the IKEA website can be done only when logged in, but you do not need to be a member of the IKEA Family to place an order.

Yes, we will send you an order confirmation email once we receive your order.

Information about the expected delivery time is displayed in the online store before making a purchase. We will send you an e-mail and/or SMS informing you of the arrival time and date of your ordered products.

Yes. To receive the products, they must say the order number beginning with ’SO’ and the name and phone number of the orderer. The person who is collecting the order must present a valid ID.

Unfortunately, we do not offer such a service now. But we are working towards making it a possibility in the future.

Home delivery price depends on the area where you live, and the weight and size of the delivered goods. You can find the conditions and prices for the home delivery service here. The pick-up from IKEA Tallinn store and IKEA Tartu Planning Studio is free.

The home delivery service price includes the delivery of goods up to 500 kg or six (6) m³ to your home or business. We deliver your order without extra cost until the 5th floor (if there is the possibility of using an elevator, also higher). Assembled items purchased from the Showroom or the Discount area are delivered only to your building.

Yes, you can. You can return your goods within 90 days from the date of purchase. IKEA Family members can return new and unopened products within 365 days for a full refund if IKEA Family e-card was used on purchase. Read more about our return policy here.

As an IKEA Family member, you receive benefits, rewards, and a few surprises along the way.

• Free coffee or tea. Free hot drink every time you visit the Swedish restaurant on weekdays and spend 1 € or more with your IKEA Family card.
• Special monthly offers. Special offers on products in the IKEA range. To spot the offers, look for the blue IKEA Family labels in-store and online, as well as at the Swedish Restaurant and the Swedish Food Market.
• Free insurance of goods. This benefit will insure your new products against any accidental damage on the way home. If you break it, we replace it within 90 days from the date of purchase.
• Be the first at the pre-sale. Acquire the goods at the sale prices one day ahead of those who do not hold the IKEA Family card.
• More fun for children. With your IKEA Family card, your child‘s playing session at Småland will be extended by 30 minutes (this depends on the number of children playing at that time).
• Games & gifts. We enjoy having fun and hope that you do too! That is why from time to time we organise games for you to participate in.

To join this club, you have to create an IKEA Family account. The registration form can be found at www.IKEA.com/ee/en/profile/sign-up/. After completing the form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once you confirm your e-mail address and fill in the other required fields of the registration form, an IKEA Family e-card will be sent to your mailbox and added to your IKEA Family account. The e-card proves that you are a club member.

We send the IKEA Family e-mail messages 4 to 5 times per month.

The IKEA Family card may be used only by its holder or their close family member. Your acquaintances may obtain their own cards – this will take no longer than a minute.

The e-card will be activated immediately after you receive it in your mailbox. You can also find it in your IKEA Family account.

If you have deleted your e-card and would like to access it again, log in to your IKEA Family account on the website www.IKEA.com/ee/en/ or in the IKEA app – you will always find your IKEA Family e-card there. If you are subscribed to the IKEA Family newsletter, you will also see your e-card at the bottom of each newsletter e-mail.

There are various differences between the regular prices and the special IKEA Family prices for the club members. The special prices are applied to certain IKEA products each month. To spot the offers, look for the blue IKEA Family labels in our physical selling points, online, the Swedish Restaurant and the Swedish Food Market. To acquire lower prices, do not forget to show your IKEA Family card at the time of purchase.

When you pay for the products and show your IKEA Family card, you insure your goods against any accidental damage during their transportation. Besides, information about your purchases helps us prepare the offers that are especially interesting and relevant to you.

Your IKEA Family card can only be used in the country it was issued in. If you registered to become an IKEA Family club member in Estonia, your card will be valid only at the IKEA selling points in Estonia.

By logging in to your account, you can update your personal details (such as your name, surname, address, contact information, etc.) and give or change your consent for direct marketing or participation in games and/or competitions.

We care about your privacy, therefore you can update your marketing preferences online, by logging in to your IKEA Family account. If you wish to stop receiving e-mails from us, you can also unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking the “Unsubscribe” button at the end of any newsletter.

To insure the goods, your IKEA Family card must be shown at the time of purchase at our physical selling points. To claim your free insurance, you should come to the IKEA selling point within 90 days from the date of purchase and bring the item, your IKEA Family card, and your receipt. The free insurance of goods is valid on any purchase, whether you have purchased it for the regular or for the special IKEA Family price. The insurance does not apply to items from the Bargain Corner, purchases made with IKEA gift cards, measured fabrics, or products made to your specification, such as custom-made worktops.

Yes, you should always show your IKEA Family card, no matter what products you’re buying. Here’s why:

• You’ll insure your goods against any accidental damage during their transportation.
• You’ll be able to return the products within 365 days.
• You’ll help us get to know you better and learn about the things you love!

Unfortunately, the cashiers cannot look up your information at this time. However, you have a few options:

• You can access your IKEA Family account on the website www.IKEA.com/ee or via the IKEA app, where your IKEA Family e-card is always available.
• Your IKEA Family e-card is at the bottom of all IKEA newsletters. The cashier can scan the QR code from your phone.

We are sad to see you go... But if you wish to terminate your membership, you can do that by logging in to your IKEA Family account and deleting it or by contacting our Customer support or sending an e-mail to info@IKEA.ee.

Yes. By creating an IKEA Family account, you automatically become a member of the IKEA Family club.

IKEA Family offers are valid in our physical stores and online, as well as at the Swedish Restaurant and the Swedish Food Market.

Every updated IKEA Family account automatically includes an IKEA Family e-card, which is always available there.

Your IKEA Family card will be blocked, and all personal data (such as your name, surname, address if provided, phone number, etc.) as well as your consents for direct marketing or participation in games and/or competitions will be automatically deleted from our systems.

If you do not want an IKEA Family card or to create an IKEA Family account, you can still shop as a guest in the IKEA online store and the mobile app.

If you want to delete your account urgently, contact our Customer support or send an e-mail to info@IKEA.ee.

Create an IKEA Family account, and we will send your e-card by e-mail. You can also always access it by logging in to your IKEA Family account on the website www.IKEA.com/ee/en/ or via the IKEA app.

Småland is a supervised play area in IKEA Tallinn store, where we welcome the youngest members of the family to play and have fun. You can enjoy your shopping knowing your children will be safe and cared for.

The Småland play area is located on the ground floor next to the store entrance.

Our Småland play area is open for all 95 to 125 cm tall children between the ages of 3 and 7, including those with physical and intellectual disabilities.

The children‘s play area can accommodate up to 20 children at a time.

All children can play for up to 1 hour. But with your IKEA Family e-card, your child's playing session will be extended by 30 minutes (this depends on the number of children playing at that time).

Ensure that your child is in good health before entering the play area. Children must wear socks during the play time.

Parents and other adults are not allowed at Småland. Our supervisory staff will take care of your children.

As every child has different dietary requirements and the sessions are for a short period of time, we do not provide food. However, we provide water at a child’s request.

Parents or guardians must be in the store whilst their children are enjoying our Småland facilities.

We have several online planning tools to help you give shape and substance to your dreams. You can play with colours, styles, sizes, and configurations to plan your way to perfection through a variety of kitchen, bathroom, wardrobe, and storage planners. You can view your designs in 3D and get a detailed product list to save or print to make it easy to order or buy.

Unfortunately, products cannot be added to the shopping cart at once in the kitchen planning program. If you want to buy your kitchen online, all the items must be added to the shopping cart one by one, and their quantities must be entered separately.

All planners but Kitchen planner, PAX, and BESTÅ are available on tablets and mobile devices.

In February 2022, IKEA introduced a new kitchen planner. Because of that all user accounts of the old planning program became invalid. To use the new kitchen planner, you need to create a new user account on the planning program page. It is important to remember that when creating a new account, you must use an email address you have not previously used in the IKEA planning program.

If you want to open an old kitchen plan, you need its project code. To get the project code, contact us at planners@IKEA.ee and we will send you a special link.

No, but you must have a valid user account. This account is, however, not associated with IKEA Family loyalty club membership.

Since the kitchen planning program is not directly on the www.IKEA.ee website, a new separate user account must be created to use it.

Business customers can place an order on our website using a special order form for business customers or sending an e-mail at b2b@IKEA.ee. Orders can also be placed at IKEA Tallinn store and IKEA Tartu Planning Studio.

Yes, they can. After completing the order form, IKEA Estonia's business customer department sends the business customer a prepayment invoice. When ordering goods in IKEA Tallinn store or IKEA Tartu Planning Studio, you can only pay for the goods in cash or by bank card.
